Renewed my contract in July of 2008 for 1 year, upgraded my phone. A week later get the phone, not the one I ordered, called and the rep laughed when I described the phone I got, said "we give those out free they are so cheep".
Waited never got the right phone, called back, and was told it was too late for them to send me the phone I ordered. OK no biggie, whatever, at least I only have to suffer for a year right...wrong. Comes time for contract to end SUPRISE you contract is for 2 years not 1. They will not cancel without those early termination fees $400.00.
I wanted to ask the rep if they are actually trained to lie or does it come to them naturally. Stay away from Alltel.
